This phase will take about three weeks before you move up the ladder.</p>
<p>As you finish the third week of the jogging phase, you should be able to jog comfortably for 15 to 20 minutes five days a week. Continue to the fourth week of jogging by trying to jog continuously for  30 minutes without a break in between. Do these sequences for another week or two then make a transition gradually to a faster speed. The quickest way to make the transition to running instead of jogging all the way is by warming up with a five minute jog, then a fifteen minute run, and finally five to ten minute jog in conclusion.</p>
<p>Once you can follow these easy guidelines with patience, you will soon be running more than 30 minutes five to six days each week. It is wise to increase your mileage gradually and sticking with same weekly mileage for at least three weeks. This will primarily help the body to recover and adapt to the new stress level before adding more mileage. These are general steps, but it is important to understand that every person is different. The pull up is one of my most recommended exercises for total upper body mass but till now it has been hard to perform them at home unless you put in special equipment.  </p>

Once you are finished you can pull it back down and throw it in a closet or beneath your bed.  The pull up is the best exercise for building the upper back muscles to get a wide v taper.  Doing variations of pullups from alternative grips will permit you to fully work the back and it is also one of the best bodybuilding exercises for the biceps.  If you need big arms you need to carry out reverse grip pullups.</p>
<p>There is a great way to turn the Iron Gym into a full on bodyfat burning workout.  After you take it off the door it rests on the ground and is excellent for doing deep pushups.  For an added kick put your feet up and elevate them on a chair or bench.  This may work the shoulders, chest, and triceps to tone them up or gain muscle dependent on your goals.  Pull ups and pushups are even good movements for developing the abs.  When in position there&#8217;s a whole lot of stabilization of the core muscles and the abdominals get worked indirectly.</p>
