For this reason it will give you a very good abdominal and whole body workout. If you reach a stage where you want to go a bit more advanced with your squats, you can hold the bar in front of your chest instead of on your shoulders. Then as you get stronger and still want to go more advanced, you can hold the bar above your head in the air. This will give you the ultimate abdominal workout using squats. You will feel this exercise work!

Whichever exercise routine or workout you decide to go for, one very important fact remains. This is that you need to give your whole body a workout to lose belly fat as fast as possible. Belly fat is the fat that will burn of the quickest on your body. So by doing an exercise that only focuses on your abdominal muscles you will not be speeding up the fat loss process. Doing a whole body workout will burn the most calories and help you lose belly fat the quickest.
